Lauren Forcia

Lauren Forcia, MBA, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Risk Manager at Jackson since April 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at Jackson National Life from November 2011 to June 2022, including Business Process Owner, Human Resources Business Consultant, Talent Management Consultant, and Senior Organizational Development Trainer. Responsibilities included providing coaching and consultation, analyzing trends to develop solutions, and designing leadership development programs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Trainer at Jackson National Life Distributors LLC and an Operations Manager at Jackson National Life, managing customer service teams and training programs. Lauren earned an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Michigan-Flint and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Michigan State University.
