RJ Condren has extensive experience in sales operations and financial advisory services. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations, Strategic Relationships at Jackson since July 2018, RJ acts as the national accounts primary contact for broker/dealer firms, supporting institutional relationships and driving revenue growth. Previously, RJ worked at Northwestern Mutual from May 2016 to May 2018 as a Financial Advisor, creating personalized financial plans for clients, and as a Financial Representative in a highly-ranked internship program. Additionally, RJ held leadership responsibilities as Commander of Sigma Nu Fraternity, Inc., managing a chapter of over 80 members and substantial financial accounts. RJ holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky, acquired in 2017.
