Tara Perrone

Tara Perrone is an experienced professional in customer onboarding and care management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Onboarding for New Business at Jackson since September 2013. Over the years at Jackson, Tara has held several key positions, including Director of Customer Care Center, Manager of Operations Analytics, Product Owner, and Business Process Owner for the Service Center & Strategic Support Program. Prior to this, Tara worked at Dobson Healthcare Services, Inc. as a Business Development Manager from September 2006 to August 2013, and at Care Connections, LLC as an Office Manager from 2004 to 2006. Tara holds an MBA in Business Management from Northwood University's DeVos Graduate School, earned between 2007 and 2009.
