Tony Dowling

Tony Dowling is an experienced compliance professional with a comprehensive background in legal counsel and compliance management across several roles at Jackson, beginning in 1996. Currently serving as the Compliance Manager, Tony has held various positions including Interim Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant Vice President, Internal Audit. With expertise in regulatory requirements, operational and financial services, and product development, Tony has ensured compliance with state insurance laws and federal regulations. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Broker Dealer Compliance at The Hartford and as an Attorney within Jackson's Variable Products Division. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UMass Boston. Additionally, Tony has served as an adjunct professor, imparting knowledge on legal analysis at Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
