Kathy Allen

Kathy Allen delivers quality bedside care to critically ill patients and families, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Kathy holds various certifications and has experience in different nursing roles, including Case Management Nurse, Contract RN ICU, CMA Instructor/Nursing Supervisor, ICUS, and Staff Nurse in Surgical ICU. As a Head Nurse in ICU, Kathy successfully managed budget issues and oversaw the relocation of the entire ICU to a new wing of the hospital. Kathy Allen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St Mary's College, Notre Dame.
