Eli Jiles

Eli Jiles is the Senior Manager of Business Development at Jackson Physician Search, being the Rookie of the Year 2023 and an MGMA Executive Partner as well as an AAPPR Signature Partner. Prior to that, Eli worked as a Manager of Business Development at Jackson Physician Search, where Eli won the 2022 Presidents Club Award. Eli also has experience in medical device sales at Smith & Nephew, specializing in endoscopy, sports medicine, and tissue regeneration. Additionally, Eli has experience working in property accounts and sales management at The Scion Group, where Eli achieved the status of Top Sales and Leasing Agent. Eli holds a degree from Medical Sales College in Medical Device, Spine, Orthopedic Reconstruction, and Trauma, as well as a degree in Leadership Development from YWAM.
