Tom Rossi

Tom Rossi is the Vice President of Executive Search at Jackson Physician Search, the largest privately-held permanent physician recruitment firm in the industry. Prior to their current role, Tom held the position of National Vice President of Physician Recruitment at HCA, where Tom managed the largest team of in-house recruiters in the U.S. Tom also served as a Partner in Healthcare Recruitment at SBR International and Sales Manager at Southwestern Company. Tom holds a BS in Business from Bowling Green State University.
