Monique Mapp

Monique Mapp has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2006, they started their career as a Program Director at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi, where they worked until 2012. In 2014, Monique became an Event Organizer for Juneteenth on Farish. Two years later, in 2016, they founded Legacy Builders Inc. and also worked as a Brand Ambassador for It Works! Global. Currently, Monique is employed as a Teacher at Jackson Public Schools since 2018.

Monique Mapp began their education journey by attending Rufus King High School from 2000 to 2004. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Phoenix. The specific start and end years of this degree program are not provided. More recently, in 2021 to 2022, Monique enrolled in William Carey University to pursue a Master of Education (MEd) in Elementary Education and Teaching.
