Rachel Murray has a diverse work experience. Rachel started their career as an Educator at the Rankin County Learning Center, where they designed lesson plans for grades 6-8 and implemented a reward system for behavior. Rachel then taught Theatre I and II at Bay Springs High School, producing and directing various productions. After that, they worked as an Instructor at Frontiers, designing lesson plans and activities for elementary school children. Rachel also served as a Long Term Certified Substitute at the Rankin County School District, teaching secondary English, social studies, and middle school science. Rachel later became an Assistant Reading Instructor at the same district. Since 2010, they have been working as a Tutor at Wyzant. In 2013, they joined Jackson Public Schools as a Teacher. Rachel's work experience demonstrates their expertise in education and their dedication to student progress and development.
Rachel Murray attended Hinds Community College from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued studies in English. Following this, they attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 2000 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
