Pam Sawyer, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Pam currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Jackson Spalding since August 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director/Vice President, Human Resources at the United States Olympic Committee from January 2009 to August 2018, where they led people and talent strategies, diversity and inclusion, and athlete career & education. Before that, Pam worked in their family business, Sawyer Direct, Inc., as a Communications & Talent Consultant. Pam has also worked at The Weather Channel and Turner Broadcasting in various HR roles, including serving as the VP of Human Resources at The Weather Channel and Director of Human Resources at Turner Broadcasting. Pam has a breadth of experience in HR, including employee relations, HR strategic business partnership, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.

Pam Sawyer, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Pam completed their education at the university from 1983 to 1987.
