Phil Mitchell started their work experience in 1999 as a Sales & Marketing Analyst at Tomy. Phil later became a Senior Business Analyst at the same company. In 2003, they joined TOMY International as a Commercial Manager. From 2007 to 2009, Phil worked as an FP&A Manager UK Visioncare at Bausch & Lomb. Phil then moved on to Unilever, where they held various roles, including Finance Manager UK & Ireland and Finance Manager - Rexona Global. In 2013, Phil joined Young & Co Brewery, PLC as Head of FP&A and later became the Head of Procurement. Phil also served as the Commercial Director at the company. In 2020, Phil joined St Austell Brewery as a Strategic Projects Director and later became the Commercial Director, overseeing the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning system and ensuring operational alignment within the organization. Finally, in 2022, Phil Mitchell became the Managing Director at Jacksons Clear Glass Ltd.
Phil Mitchell attended Solent University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a 2.1 degree in Business Studies & Sport. Phil then completed a CIMA certification from 2000 to 2003 at CIMA.
