David Casillas

David Casillas is an experienced Cisco Collaboration and Network Engineer with a strong background in VoIP infrastructure, voice gateways, and IP communication systems. Currently employed at JAA since January 2021, David has previously held significant roles at Enterprise Integration, first amber, Bank of America, NASA Ames Research Center, and Kaiser Permanente, specializing in Cisco Unified Communications products, migrations, and technical support. David holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Security from Kaplan University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and two associate degrees in Electrical System Technology and General Studies. David also has extensive experience in managing and maintaining complex voice systems within various high-profile environments, including the United States Air Force.
