Cheryl Riddick

Cheryl Riddick is an experienced professional in community engagement and customer service, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority since May 2014. Riddick leads a 50-member team overseeing Community Outreach, Customer Service, and Revenue, and is responsible for administering several public meetings and hearings. Previous roles include Director of Community Engagement at Hester Group, Director of Community & Family Engagement for Duval County Public Schools, and VP of Grantmaking Services at The Community Foundation in Jacksonville. Riddick's earlier career includes significant positions at CitiCards and AT&T Universal Card Services, where skills in community relations and public affairs were developed. Riddick holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wesleyan University.
