James Daniel Boyle is a seasoned transportation planner with extensive experience in regional planning and project coordination. Currently serving as a Regional Transportation Planner at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority since September 2006, Boyle has played a key role in the creation and development of a Regional Transportation Commission. Prior to this position, Boyle worked as a Senior Transportation Planner for the Clay County Planning Department from September 2005 to March 2006, where responsibilities included overseeing the county's concurrency management program and long-range transportation planning. Earlier experience includes a role as a Transportation Planner at Wilbur Smith Associates in Atlanta, Georgia, from August 2001 to March 2005. James Daniel Boyle holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University, earned between 1996 and 2004.
