Shari Stidam

Shari Stidam has a diverse work experience in the information technology field. Shari began their career at Jacksonville University in 1998 as a Telephony Administrator, where they managed the campus phone system and provided support for various network services. In 2005, they joined Medidata Solutions Worldwide as a Client Support Consultant, leading a team in meeting service level agreements and improving client satisfaction. Shari then returned to Jacksonville University in 2007 as the Associate Director of IT Infrastructure, where they oversaw networking, systems administration, and voice services teams, implemented technology projects, and maintained vendor relationships. Overall, Shari Stidam has a strong background in IT infrastructure management and client support.

Shari Stidam received their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and English Literature from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1992 to 2005.
