Laurie Degon possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and revenue management sectors, currently serving as an Executive Board Member and Executive Director for the Southeast Chapter TTRA since June 2016 and as Senior Manager of Analytics at Visit Jacksonville since August 2011. Previously, Laurie held the position of Director of Sales & Strategy and Revenue Manager at Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk Hotel from August 2010 to May 2011, where responsibilities included managing E-Commerce, Reservations, and Sales efforts. Additionally, Laurie served as Area Director of Revenue Management for Omni Hotels from August 1994 to April 2010, overseeing revenue processes for multiple properties. Earlier career roles include Front Office Supervisor and Night Manager at Holiday Inn and Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Westin Hotels & Resorts. Education includes studies at Pima Community College and Illinois Valley Community College.
