Therese Daftner

Therese Daftner is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner for Cloetta Scandinavia since March 2022, Therese supports teams in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden and is a member of management teams in these countries. Previously, Therese worked at AWA Holding from September 2015 to March 2022, enhancing HR processes and workplace culture. Prior experience includes HR Manager at BTJ, HR Specialist at Grontmij AB Sverige, and HR Coordinator at Carl Bro. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science in Human Resource Management with a major in Psychology from Lund University and various other HR-related courses.
