Ayça Kural

Ayça KURAL has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Ayça currently holds the position of Revenue Growth Management Lead for the Middle East and Africa at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, where they are responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, controlling, tax, and treasury. Prior to this role, Ayça served as the Director of Finance at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, where they oversaw a team of 37 people and managed various finance functions for multiple legal entities. Ayça has also worked as the Head of Finance Transformation at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS.

Before joining JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, Ayça was the Financial Controller at Mars, where they represented Turkey in regional and global finance matters. Ayça was also responsible for payroll control, operating plan management, finance transformation, and integration processes for the cluster.

Prior to their role at Mars, Ayça worked as the Regional Finance Director at Imaginarium and as the Financial Controller at Groupon. Ayça started their career at PwC as a Senior Associate/Audit and later gained experience as a Financial Analyst at The Pepsi Bottling Group.

Throughout their career, Ayça has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, financial transformation, and integration processes. Ayça has also been involved in various strategic initiatives and has a strong track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.

Ayça KURAL attended İzmir University of Economics where they earned a Licentiate degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended İzmir Atatürk Lisesi from 1998 to 2001, specializing in Science Math at the Anatolian School.
