Ekaterina Elizarova began their work experience in 2006 as a Regional Sales Manager at Lebedyansky / Progress (The Frutonyanya). In 2008, they moved on to become a Unit trade marketing manager at the same company, before transitioning to the role of Unit trade marketing manager at Lebedyansky / Progress (TM Frutonyanya). In 2008, they joined Mondelēz International as a Unit trade marketing manager for the Moscow unit, and later became the Category sales strategy & development manager for Biscuits&Snacks. Ekaterina currently holds the position of Head of Shopper marketing at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS since 2015.

Ekaterina Elizarova attended Ural State Technical University from 2000 to 2005, majoring in International Economics.
