Michal Tepczynski

Michal Tepczynski has over 20 years of work experience in various IT-related roles. Michal began their career at Atena, where they worked as a Hyperion Consultant and Architect for Financial Services from 2000 to 2003. Michal then joined Nokia Siemens Networks, where they held the positions of IT Manager and Product Owner for Global SLA Reporting Services from 2005 to 2007, and Service Manager for Global Finance & Control (F&C) Services from 2007 to 2009. After that, they worked at Hoffmann-La Roche as a Process Expert for Global Informatics from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Philips as an Infrastructure & Operations Manager for Digital Marketing. Currently, they are the Head of Global IT Service Integration and Management at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, where they have been working since 2016.

Michal Tepczynski is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Michal previously obtained an MSc in Engineering and Management of Information Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2005. Prior to that, they completed an MSc in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology in 2001. Michal has also obtained various certifications such as Organizational Design for Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan Executive Education and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
