Athena McEwan

Athena McEwan currently serves as an Associate Director in Strategic Consulting at Jacobs, a position held since April 2022. With extensive experience in process improvement and strategic leadership, Athena has previously worked as a Master Blackbelt and ACE Project Manager at BNP Paribas Securities Services from November 2015 to April 2022. Other notable roles include Senior Process Consultant at HSBC, Managing Director at Sifu Consulting Ltd, and Director, Lean Sigma Consultant at GlaxoSmithKline, where significant responsibilities included creating lean sigma capabilities in the Asia Pacific region. Athena has also been involved in mentoring through Torch and has held board responsibilities with Women in Banking and Finance in the UK and Ireland. Athena McEwan holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a BA in Psychology from The American College of Greece.
