Carl Seifert

Carl Seifert, AICP, has extensive experience in urban planning and community development. Early in the career, Carl worked as a Program Associate/Intern at the Louisiana Office of Community Development, where responsibilities included compiling the Louisiana Disaster Recovery Protocol for Housing and organizing statewide marketing campaigns. Following this role, Carl served as a Transportation Planner at Burk - Kleinpeter, Inc., and as a Program Manager for Computer C.O.R.E., where efforts led to significant funding through grant applications. Academic background includes a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in History from Texas Christian University. Currently, Carl holds the position of Transportation Planning Team Lead at Jacobs, focusing on the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area and supporting the TxDOT Bicycle and Pedestrian Program.
