Dana C. Chester

Dana C. Chester, PE, currently serves as the Director of Engineering at the Central Florida Expressway Authority, a position held since September 2019, after previously holding the title of Manager of Engineering. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at Jacobs from July 2012 to September 2019, along with a long tenure as a Senior Transportation Engineer and Project Manager from 1988 to 2012. Dana began a distinguished career as a Captain in the 39th Engineer Battalion of the US Army Corps of Engineers from 1984 to 1988. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
