Dave Epstein is a watershed scientist currently serving as a Senior Watershed Scientist at Jacobs since 2022. They previously held the role of Senior Water Resources Team Lead at SWCA Environmental Consultants from 2021 to 2022 and were a Water Resources Specialist prior to that. Dave's extensive experience includes managing the Aquatic Biogeochemistry Laboratory at Utah State University from 2011 to 2016 and working as a Stream Ecologist with NEON Inc. from 2010 to 2012. They earned a Master's degree in Watershed Science/Aquatic Ecology and an MBA from Utah State University, along with a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Biology and Management from the University of California, Davis.
