Gary Massey

Gary Massey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic growth. Currently serving as the Growth Director for Major Programmes and Strategic Pursuits at Jacobs, they previously led major programmes from 2019 to 2023. Prior to this role, they held significant positions at CH2M as Head of Integrated Services and Highway Services Director from 2017 to 2019, as well as various leadership roles at Capita and Capita Symonds between 2007 and 2010. Gary earned their degree from Loughborough University, attending from 1983 to 1987.
