Kathleen Glaser

Kathleen Glaser serves as the Senior Vice President of Global IT Solution Delivery & Digital Enablement at Jacobs, overseeing the comprehensive solution delivery for the enterprise application landscape, which encompasses a variety of platforms including Human Capital Management and Software as a Service offerings. With extensive experience at Jacobs spanning various leadership roles, Kathleen has significantly contributed to enterprise transformation initiatives that identified substantial cost savings. Previous positions held at SAIC include AVP, Program Manager, and Division Manager, where Kathleen managed large teams and substantial budgets while directing technology deployments and business transformations. Kathleen holds a BA in Business Administration and an MS in Information Technology from the University of San Diego and is a graduate of the Society for Information Management's RLF program.
