Melissa Godfray

Melissa Godfray serves as the Inclusion & Diversity Director for Europe at Jacobs since November 2021, leading strategic initiatives that align with business goals. Prior to this role, Melissa spent over 16 years at Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Manager for Inclusion & Diversity, where efforts focused on innovative strategy development recognized externally. Earlier experience includes serving as a Solicitor at Womble Bond Dickinson, specializing in Employment Law, and as a Diversity Manager at B&Q, where Melissa implemented pioneering diversity monitoring and strategies. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Philosophy from the University of Kent, a PG Diploma in Law, and a Legal Practice Course degree from the University of Exeter, along with further education from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
