Melvin E. Price

Melvin E. Price, MBA, C.M., ENV SP, is the North American Practice Lead for Aviation & Transportation at Jacobs, where they focus on Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition. With over 25 years of project management and planning experience in aviation, they have successfully led multiple complex projects, including significant airport expansions and renovations. Melvin previously held positions such as Project Manager at the Kansas City Aviation Department and Infrastructure Manager for the City of Houston, where they contributed to the development of critical infrastructure and training programs. They are also a founding board member of AMAC Los Angeles/SoCal, dedicated to advancing youth through hands-on work. Melvin earned their degree from Prairie View A&M University.
