Micah Joiner

Micah Joiner is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Mission Engineering at Halcyon Days Consulting, LLC since June 2023. With a strong background in cloud platform engineering at Jacobs since March 2014, Micah has managed approximately 60 local users and around 3,000 remote users while also holding the position of IT Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an Enterprise Engineer at Dell, where Micah managed complex hardware failures and provided technical support, as well as serving as Lead Cashier at PetSmart and a Deep Water Lifeguard at Adventure Island. Micah’s early career featured roles in graphic design and customer service, alongside an internship at First Federal Bank focusing on IT tasks. Education was pursued at the University of South Florida from 2009 to 2018.
