Paul Orchard

Paul Orchard is a seasoned energy management professional with extensive experience across various roles in energy consultancy and solutions. Currently serving as Principal Consultant in Energy Advisory at Jacobs since December 2025, Paul has previously held positions including Optimisation Manager at Inspired, where focus was on legislative compliance and commercial opportunities related to energy services. Paul’s career also includes key positions with Inenco Group, ENGIE, and Arup, demonstrating expertise in energy solutions, carbon management, and operational delivery. Paul holds a BEng (Hons) in Fuel & Energy Engineering from the University of Leeds and has completed additional management education at Cranfield School of Management.
