Paul Rheault

Paul Rheault is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater management sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations for the US West Region at Jacobs, Paul oversees public sector operations and maintenance contracts. Prior to this role, Paul managed water and wastewater facilities in the Pacific Northwest and held various leadership positions at the City of Bend, including Utility Director and Director of Public Works, where significant organizational changes were implemented to meet the city's rapid growth. Earlier in the career, Paul worked at CH2M HILL in numerous managerial roles and began in the industry as an Engineering Technician in the NH Department of Environmental Services and as an Environmental Support Specialist in the United States Air Force. Paul’s educational background includes studies at the Community College of the Air Force.
