Peter Schoen

Peter Schoen is currently a Quality Manager at Worley, specializing in risk management and quality assurance for a global oil and gas company. They have extensive experience in quality and risk management during major refinery turn-arounds and have implemented innovative project management processes, including an adaptation of scrum. Previously, Peter worked as a project manager and information manager for various Jacobs clients, gaining comprehensive insights into the EPC industry. They hold a PhD and a cum laude MSc from Delft University of Technology, along with a PMI Risk Management Professional certification, and have a particular interest in sustainability and team consensus-building.
