Phil Jacoby is currently the Orlando Transportation Design Group Leader at Jacobs, where they lead transportation design efforts. With a BS in Civil Engineering from Florida State University, Phil has a strong foundation in the field. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Transportation Program Manager at Jacobs and worked as a Senior Roadway Engineer and Engineering and Production Manager at Parsons from 1994 to 2014. Phil also gained early experience as a Quality Control Technician for Leon County, converting county tax maps into a Geographic Information System (GIS) database.
