Rahul Kowli

Rahul Kowli, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Vice President of the Built Environment at Jacobs since November 2007. In this role, Rahul leads the California Built Environment Team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients across key sectors, including Mission Critical, Life Sciences & Research Labs, Higher Education, and Energy, Sustainability & Renewables on a global scale. Demonstrating expertise in project management and delivery methods, Rahul has successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams and enhanced client relationships for significant projects valued between $250M and $350M. Earlier experience includes roles as Technical Director at Earth Systems Southwest, Project Engineer at Koury Engineering & Testing Inc., and Staff Engineer at prior firms, coupled with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree from VJTI, University of Mumbai.
