Thomas Caruthers II

Thomas Caruthers II is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a robust background in commissioning, construction management, and leadership within the U.S. Navy Reserve. Currently serving as a CQV Start Up & Commissioning Engineer at Jacobs, responsibilities include developing commissioning plans and providing technical assistance for HVAC and black utility systems. Prior to this, Thomas held various leadership positions in the Civil Engineering Corps, managing over 250 Seabees and ensuring operational readiness. Previous roles span multiple organizations, including IPS-Integrated Project Services and Owens Corning, where a focus on commissioning, maintenance leadership, and reliability engineering was prominent. Thomas holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University and a Bachelor's of Science in Physics from Fisk University.
