Tracey Coates is a Global Talent & Inclusion Leader with extensive experience in human resources and operational excellence. They began their career at Eaton Corporation as an HR Analyst and Project Specialist from 2008 to 2010. Tracey later held the position of Manager, Operational Excellence at Eaton from 2017 to 2021, before taking on their current role as Global TA Inclusion & Belonging Strategy Leader at Jacobs in 2021. Tracey is currently pursuing further education at Cleveland State University.
