George Bargisen has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. George is currently working as the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Food and Beverage at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center from 2019 to 2021. From 2013 to 2019, they held various positions at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, including Assistant General Manager, Resident Manager, and Director of Food and Beverage.

Before that, George worked as the Executive Chef / Director of Food & Beverage at Tropicana Las Vegas Inc from 2009 to 2013, and as the Executive Chef at Harrah's Entertainment from 2007 to 2009. George also held the position of Director of Culinary Operations at Las Vegas Hilton from 2005 to 2007, and Executive Chef at The Sagamore in 2004.

George's extensive experience also includes serving as Executive Chef at Fairmont Hamilton Princess, Bermuda from 2003 to 2004, and as Executive Sous Chef from 1998 to 2003. George began their career as a Sous chef at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 1991 to 1995.

George Bargisen attended Northern Valley Regional Highschool Demarest from 1985 to 1989. George did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. After high school, from 1989 to 1991, George attended The Culinary Institute of America and obtained an associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
