Lucy Polo has had a varied work experience since 2006. Lucy began their career as a Sales Supervisor at Natura in 2006. In 2009, they moved to RE/MAX TOTAL as a Real Estate Agent, where they negotiated sales agreements and managed the documentation required for closing real estate transactions. In 2012, they worked as a Quality & Regulatory Assistant at Philips Healthcare on a temporary contract, coordinating the product registration process for HealthCare products in the SouthLatam region. In 2013, they took on the role of Clinical Trial Associate at SANOFI, where they were responsible for presentations to ANMAT and other applicable agencies. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at PHILIPS as an Account Manager & Sales Support and Quality Assurance Analyst, where they were responsible for securing and managing many key accounts, building relationships, and executing strategic plans to increase sales, as well as analyzing the risk that medical equipments and devices have on patients and users. In 2018, they began working as a Recruiter at Jacobs Management Group, Inc.

Lucy Polo is currently enrolled in an Executive Program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, which they began in 2021. Lucy also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Universidad FASTA, which they began in 2019. In 2020, they began a Digital Marketing program at EducacionIT. Additionally, they have an Associate's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from ICBC Fundación.

In terms of certifications, Lucy Polo obtained their Selección de Perfiles IT certification from EducacionIT in July 2021. In September 2020, they obtained their Viral Marketing and how to craft contagious content certification from The Wharton School. In October 2018, they obtained their Community Manager & Publicity certification from Coderhouse, and in July 2018, they obtained their Herramientas para la Administracion de Personal certification from UTN Buenos Aires. In November 2013, they obtained their Monitoreo de estudios clínicos / Monitoring of clinical studies certification from FEFyM, and in March 1997, they obtained their International Commerce certification from Fundacion ICBC.
