Lisa Welch

Lisa Welch, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Technology Manager and Human Resources Project Manager at Jacobsen Construction since May 2015, where responsibilities include implementing and administering technical solutions in collaboration with the Human Resources team. Prior to this role, Lisa held positions at Academy Mortgage Corporation from December 2010 to May 2015, including Human Resources Business Consultant and Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on the development and administration of HR policies and high-level consulting for various HR initiatives. Earlier, from 1998 to 2009, Lisa worked at Beneficial Financial Group as Sr. Manager of Customer Operations, overseeing team management, regulatory compliance, and budget management, while contributing to the development of CRM and workflow systems.
