Julien Barrault

Julien Barrault is an experienced professional in supply chain management with a focus on S&OP processes. Currently serving as the S&OP Manager at Jacquet Brossard since July 2019, Julien oversees a team responsible for demand, supply, and production planning across seven plants in France and Belgium. Prior to this, Julien held roles at Lactalis Group, including Corporate Demand Planning and S&OP Performance Manager, where responsibilities included challenging supply chain performance and implementing planning processes globally. Julien also served as an International Project Manager, working on planning processes in various countries, and contributed as a Senior Associate at PwC, optimizing supply chain processes for diverse clients. Julien's career began with leadership in the Confédération Nationale des Junior-Entreprises and an internship at Sealed Air Corporation as a Process Engineer. Educationally, Julien holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
