Naoki Takamasa

Naoki Takamasa currently serves as the Director of Quality at Jade Bloom Essential Oils and has held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at NSC Manufacturing since October 2022, where focus is placed on providing transparent manufacturing experiences. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Quality and President of Sales at SMPL Manufacturing, where Naoki led the company to achieve GMP certification and implemented quality assurance programs. Naoki's career began with roles including Director of Quality at nutriient and participation in the BYU CAPSTONE Design Team, which collaborated with doTERRA to innovate production processes. Naoki also worked as a Japanese call center agent for doTERRA and a manufacturing product assembler at Nu Skin Enterprises. Naoki holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University.
