William C. Steers

William C. Steers career focused on the development of major infrastructure projects in Latin America and Africa. He was formerly the Managing Director of Weatherhaven Brasil, IMC Brasil, and a Director of Docas Investimentos (a Brazilian investment fund), Verolme Shipyards, Intelig Telecomunicacoes and Kamewa do Brasil. Mr. Steers is Chair of Arht Media Inc., and a member of the Board of PetroRio S.A., Lara Exploration Ltd. and Routemaster Capital Inc.. Mr. Steers is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business HBA program, Western University, London, Ontario.
