Matt Sparks is the current VP of Strategic Sourcing at Jadex Inc., a position Matt has held since January 2023. Matt is also the owner of Sparks Material Sourcing, a company that specializes in assisting small to midsize manufacturers with strategic sourcing of metals commodities and raw materials. With a background in supply chain management and procurement, Matt has held various leadership roles in companies such as Versa Products Company, Inc., UTC Aerospace Systems, Ingersoll Rand, and Meritor. Matt holds a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and a certificate in Applied Business Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management.
