Shawn Gagg has an extensive work experience spanning several decades. Shawn started their career as a Consultant at McGladrey & Pullen in 1989. Shawn then moved on to Highsmith Inc. in 1990, where they held the position of Director, Strategic Operations, Contract Sales and Technology. At Highsmith, they were responsible for various departments, including contract sales, warehouse, call center, database management, technology, and facilities. Shawn also played a crucial role in improving the sales, operational, and technological functionality of the company. In 2009, Shawn joined SG Solutions as a Business Management and Technology Consultant, where they provided analysis and recommendations to improve IT strategic planning, department structure, sales and marketing integration, and website direction. Finally, Shawn joined Jaeckle Distributors in 2012 as the CIO and VP-Marketing and Sales. In this role, they provided marketing and sales leadership while focusing on process improvement and profitable sales growth. Shawn also led projects to apply technology for process improvement and data integrity.
Shawn Gagg completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University, attending from 1983 to 1987.
