Sabine de Monteynard's work experience begins in 1996 as a Sales Associate at Louis Vuitton. Sabine then worked as a Deputy Boutique Manager at CHANEL from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they served as a Store Manager at Giorgio Armani in 2001. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Flagship Manager at KENZO Mode. Sabine then became an Area Manager for Anne Fontaine from 2006 to 2011, responsible for UK, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In 2012, they became an International Retail Manager at IWC Schaffhausen and held the position until 2015.
