Sabine de Monteynard's work experience begins in 1996 as a Sales Associate at Louis Vuitton. Sabine then worked as a Deputy Boutique Manager at CHANEL from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they served as a Store Manager at Giorgio Armani in 2001. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Flagship Manager at KENZO Mode. Sabine then became an Area Manager for Anne Fontaine from 2006 to 2011, responsible for UK, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In 2012, they became an International Retail Manager at IWC Schaffhausen and held the position until 2015. After that, they joined Van Cleef & Arpels as an International Training Director, where they worked until 2019, including a 10-month assignment in Japan. Finally, they currently serve as the Talent and HR Development Director and International Retail Director at Jaeger-LeCoultre, starting in 2019.
Sabine de Monteynard completed their Master's degree in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Sabine also participated in the Digital Transformation Leadership Program at IMD, although the exact dates for this program were not provided. In terms of additional certifications, Sabine obtained the Hogan certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in October 2022. Sabine also received certifications in Insights Discovery and the Predictive Index. In December 2018, they obtained certifications in both EQ 360 and EQ-I 2.0 from Multi-Health Systems Inc.
