Duties included contract administration, design document analysis plus factory, commissioning, and end-to-end testing oversight. He also has performed as a programmer and software engineer. Mr. Fabbricante is skilled in programming tools such as SQL SERVER, Visual C++, Windows NT, Win95, INFORMIX ESQL, He has also consulted with various toll agencies in the implementation of revenue collection systems (AET, ORT, Managed Lanes, Manual Lanes, Dedicated Lanes, Back Office Processing).
