Ricardo Magallanes Arteaga

Ricardo Magallanes Arteaga is a seasoned professional in product development and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Product Portfolio & New Product Development at JAFRA Cosmetics International since July 2015. In this role, Ricardo leads the management of the product portfolio and addresses the evolving needs of consultants and clients. Previously, as the Jr. Manager of New Product Development, responsibilities included the development of new products across various categories, while also supporting cross-functional team efforts. Prior experience at Neovia Group involved coordinating engineering projects and managing CapEx investments, including the design and construction of plants for pet food in Mexico and Indonesia. Ricardo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtained in 2012.
