Jason Gelineau

Jason Gelineau is a seasoned luxury hospitality leader with extensive expertise in the cruise industry, currently serving as Principal at JAG Hospitality since December 2023. Previously, Jason held the position of Head of Product at Explora Journeys, where significant contributions were made to enhance guest experience and hotel operations for a new luxury brand. As Brand Performance Manager at MSC Cruises, Jason focused on quality assurance and elevating the guest experience for premium ships and a private Bahamian destination. Early in the career, roles included Director at JAG Hospitality, Hotel Director for Seabourn Cruise Line, Area Catering Manager at AEG Ogden, and Owner/Operator of Grilled to the Mac, showcasing a diverse background in both operational and consultancy capacities.
