Alain Farine

Alain Farine has extensive experience in the technology and engineering sectors, holding key positions since the late 1990s. Currently, Alain serves as Business Development Manager, Electronic Manufacturing Manager, and Senior R&D Engineer at JAG Jakob Ltd Process Technology since March 2007. Prior to this, Alain co-founded AXS Technologies Inc. in 2000, leading strategic business development for image server technologies, and played a pivotal role in AXS Technologies SA as Founder and Executive Chairman. Additional achievements include serving as CEO and Board Member of Instant IT SA and contributing as a member of the ISO JPEG2000 Normalization Committee. Alain's background also includes significant roles at Nova Systems SA and AF-CSE, where expertise in high-performance computing and industrial solutions was developed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an Applied Research Assistant degree focusing on parallel processing and high-performance computing from Ecole d'Ingénieurs de Bienne.
