Sri Kansal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2015, Sri Kansal worked as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Jagdamba Cutlery Limited, where they focused on domestic and export sales, as well as project coordination with OEM clients. In 2018, Sri Kansal founded their own company called Vlon. From 2016 to 2018, Sri Kansal served as the Co-Founder of a company called KP Cars. Prior to that, Sri Kansal founded and edited Plugged magazine from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for publishing content in a timely manner. From 2012 to 2015, Sri Kansal worked as an Operations Executive at ASTRA and held various leadership positions at the Lancaster University Students' Union, including President of the Indian Society, President of the Asian Society, and Head of Photography at S.C.A.N. They also served as President of the Lancaster University Management Science Society from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, in 2012, Sri Kansal was the Management Science department representative at Lancaster University Management School. Finally, Sri Kansal gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Jagdamba in 2014 and as the Head of Relations at the Lancaster University Asian Society in 2013.

Sri Kansal started their education at the University of Oxford in 2009, where they pursued a diploma in Business Administration and Management through the Summer School program. In 2011, they enrolled at G.D. Goenka World School and completed their high school education, with a focus on Physics. Following this, they attended Lancaster University from 2011 to 2012, obtaining an Associate's Degree ISC in Business and Management. Sri Kansal then continued their studies at Lancaster University from 2012 to 2015, earning a BSc in Management Science, specializing in management science and project management.
